Accommodation
We are delighted to have been able to hold rooms at set rates for delegates at some of Dunedin's main hotels. We also have an option available in Queenstown for the section of the conference programme that will take place in the town.
To take advantage of these special rates, bookings must be made directly with the hotel. Please read the details for each hotel below and how to make your booking.
We would like to encourage you to all stay at the conference hotels as this will mean that everyone is in the same place giving more opportunities for you to network with new friends outside of the conference hours.
Please note all rates are per room per night, excluding breakfast and including GST. Room rates only held until 30 days prior to the event.
Book by 23 February
Room rates can only be held until one month prior to the Symposium.
After this time rooms held for delegates will be released and rates advised subject to availability and change.
Note: Quest has confirmed they will hold offer until 7 March subject to availability. The Kingsgate advises it is now fully booked. Fable continues to offer its rate subject to availability.
