We are a New Zealand Business and all transactions are in NZ dollars and inclusive of GST (15%).

*To qualify for the Student/Young Researcher rate you must be currently studying or be within 5 years of your terminal degree.

EPICOH SCHOLARSHIPS

The EPICOH 2019 Organising Committe has 10 scholarships available for the conference to cover registration and travel costs.

Scholarship Applications have now closed.

The full registration fee includes:

Registration cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to epicoh2019@confer.co.nz.

Cancellations received on or before 18 March 2019 will be charged an administration fee of $100.

No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 18 March 2019 (including “no shows” at the conference).

Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.

Insurance

It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
