We are no longer taking registrations for BGANZ 2019 as the conference has already occurred.
Payment is required at the end of the registration process by Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard or Visa accepted). All fees are expressed in $NZ and include GST of 15%, alternatively you can request an invoice for payment. If you do request an invoice for payment please insure that payment is made within 7 days. Your invoice/receipt will be attached to your confirmation email.

The full registration fee includes:
- Entry to all congress sessions
- Lunches, morning and afternoon teas
- Evening reception at Begonia House

The day registration fee includes:
- Entry to congress sessions on registered day
- Lunch, morning and afternoon tea
Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa).
Registration cancellation and refund policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to [email protected]
Cancellations received on or before 8th September 2019 will be charged an administration fee of $100.
No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 8th September 2019 (including “no shows” at the congress).
Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.
It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
