Conference Registration Fees

Before registering:

  • Please have your credit card ready.
  • Speakers should use the registration link received with their acceptance letter.
  • We have booked hotels at special conference rates. Your credit card details are required to guarantee the booking. This will allow you to book accommodation now and pay later. T & C's apply.

The full registration fee includes:

  • Entry to all conference sessions
  • Lunches, morning and afternoon teas
  • Welcome Function on Sunday 16 September 2018

Registration cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to [email protected]

Cancellations received on or before 14 August 2018 will be charged an administration fee of $100.

A 50% refund will be made for cancellations on or before 01 September 2018.

No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 1 September 2018 (including “no shows” at the conference).

Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.
