Alyssa Conklin-Moore

Biography

She is a Montessori educator and mother of three. She received her A.M.I training for 0-3 and 3-6 in the United States (Denver, CO and Cleveland, OH respectively).  For the past 19 years she has been serving children and families under the age of three at Hershey Montessori School at the Concord Campus.  She has a decade of experience offering a Parent-Infant program (2 months- 1 year) and running a four-morning Young Child Community (1 year- 3 years), and nearly another decade of leading an All-Day Community that operates 10 hours a day, 5 days a week.

She has also worked in a support role for the adolescents who live and work on the Hershey Montessori Farm School in Huntsburg, OH.  Alyssa is also trained as a Facilitator by the Center for Courage & Renewal and as a Doula by A.L.A.C.E. (Association of Labor Assistants and Childbirth Educators).  She speaks internationally for organizations advancing peace education, social change and human rights.
