GENERAL INFORMATION

Language of Submission

All non-English presentations must be accompanied by a translation in English.

Review and Notification to Authors

All completed abstracts will be reviewed. You will be informed by email of the acceptance status of your paper by 1 December 2018. (Submitters of panel proposals will be advised by 15 November 2018.)

Registration

All presenters are required to register and pay the Conference registration fee in order to be included in the program and to present on site. Registration and payment of registration fee by presenters of accepted abstracts must be completed no later than February 15, 2019.

Publication

Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference mobile app. By submitting an abstract, authors agree to the publication of same by iMean.

Presentation

Oral presentations will be included within topical sessions of the official Conference program.

Posters will be on display in a dedicated poster session. Posters will be in printed format. Poster size will be confirmed with acceptance.

Alternate/creative presentation formats are also invited for both oral and poster sessions, including storytelling, science-dance, poetry, and others.
