What your registration includes

Access to the full conference including an evening social event for delegates and exhibitors with drinks and nibbles on the evening of Monday 2 August and Tuesday 3 August.

Access to our virtual event which will give you the opportunity to meet with some of our overseas attendees and exhibitors who are unable to make to the face to face conference.

Registration Types

Graduate Registrations

EEA has introduced a Graduate Membership. One of the benefits is that it allows Graduate members to receive one free Conference registration over the two years you are a Graduate member of the EEA. Online and On Demand Virtual Registration

We know from our recent industry survey how important the Conference event is for the interchange of engineering/business knowledge - not just for locals but overseas Exhibitors and attendees. While lots of you are looking forward to our face-to-face event in Wellington, for those you not able to attend in person we are offering an online registration. We will be providing a virtual registration that will include access to live streaming of key conference sessions, access to presentations on demand, and access to papers/presentation post Conference.  You'll also have the opportunity to meet online with the Exhibitors to talk about their products/services of interest to your businesses .

As NZ and the EEA Conference is still vulnerable to the COVID-19 pandemic situation we are also working to ensure our online options can address any changes in NZ COVID-19 status should that occur.

Online and On Demand Virtual Participation will be available from 9 April 2021.

Exhibitor Registrations

Registered exhibitors are welcome to attend the formal opening of the Conference, and one Conference session only. Those exhibitors wishing to attend more than one Conference session must register as a Conference Delegate by completing a Conference Delegate Registration Form. The number of complimentary trade exhibitor registrations available per stand is shown on the Stand List, click here to view.

If you wish to have additional Exhibitors registered on your stand, over and above the complimentary entitlement, you will need to complete a Trade Exhibition Registration. The person from your company who booked your Trade Exhibition Stand/s will be sent an email with a link to online Trade Exhibitor Registrations from the Conference Organisers (Conferences & Events) in March 2021. This link allows you to register your allocated Complimentary stand registration/s and additional Trade Exhibitor registrations. The cost for additional exhibitor registrations is $475.00 + GST before 30 April 2021 and $525.00 + GST thereafter.

Payment Options

Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa), all credit card payments will incur a 3% transaction fee.

We are a New Zealand business and all transactions are in NZ dollars and inclusive of 15% GST.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to [email protected]. A full refund less a $100 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before 18 May 2021. No refunds will be issued after 18 May 2021. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.  Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.

COVID-19 and Payments

New Zealand's management of COVID-19 has put us in the fortunate position of being able to host major conferences and events however we have seen that this can change very quickly and we expect there to still be a risk of disruption at the time of the conference. In the unlikely case that the conference needs to shift to a fully online platform, you will be refunded minus the cost of the Virtual Registration fee. We will work closely with you to ensure you know how to get the most out of the virtual experience. In the case of cancellation, you will be fully refunded. If you wish to change your registration to a virtual booking when the face to face event can still proceed as planned, this will be treated as a cancellation of your registration and the above cancellation terms above will still apply.

COVID-19 Management

Our commitment is to your safety. When we can safely run live events our preference is to do that and we will follow the recommendations covered in the Event Sector Voluntary Code. When we are unable to safely deliver a live event it will be delivered online, using our virtual event technology.
