Charles has a BSc (Hons) Nursing, PGDipHC, and CertMgmt. He previously worked as a registered nurse at The Royal London Hospital, Whipps Cross University Hospital, and Wellington Regional Children’s Hospital.

Charles also has policy experience having previously worked for ACC’s Policy Team.
