Payment Options
We accept Mastercard or Visa credit and debit card. Before registering, please have your card details ready. Your card details are required for registration confirmation.
Accommodation
Book your accommodation directly with Waipuna Hotel. We have negotiated special conference rates for you. You must have a credit card detail ready to secure the booking.

Registration cancellation and refund policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to manz@confer.co.nz
Cancellations received on or before Friday, 24th May will be charged an administration fee of $100.
No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after Friday, 24th May 2019 (including “no shows” at the conference).
Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.
Insurance
It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
