You will be informed by email of the acceptance status of your abstract by 15 February 2019.\n<h4 id=\"u90860-15\" data-content-guid=\"u90860-15_content\">Registration<\/h4>\nAll presenters are required to register and pay the Conference registration fee in order to be included in the program and to present on site. Registration and payment of registration fee by presenters of accepted abstracts must be completed no later than 1 March 2019.\n<h4 id=\"u90860-20\" data-content-guid=\"u90860-20_content\">Publication<\/h4>\nAccepted abstracts will be published in the conference mobile app. By submitting an abstract, authors agree to publication of same by NZTIWF.\n<h4 id=\"u90860-25\" data-content-guid=\"u90860-25_content\">Presentation<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li data-content-guid=\"u90860-37_15_content\">Oral presentations will be included within topical sessions of the official Conference program.<\/li>\n<li data-content-guid=\"u90860-37_17_content\">Posters will be on display for the duration of the conference. Posters will be in printed format. Poster size will be confirmed with acceptance.<\/li>\n<li data-content-guid=\"u90860-37_19_content\">Alternate\/creative presentation formats are also invited for both oral and poster sessions, including storytelling, science-dance, poetry, and others.<\/li>\n<li data-content-guid=\"u90860-37_19_content\">Full Presentations need to be submitted via our online abstract submission portal for inclusion in the Members Only section of the NZTIWF website post conference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CALL FOR ABSTRACTS Abstract submissions are now CLOSED!
