Biography

Jacqui is an internationally recognised health visionary and strategic allied health leader with a track record of significant whole system transformation and value based healthcare improvement. Her leadership has instigated and delivered improvements such as whole system redesign of MSK services, paediatric therapy services, diagnostic pathway optimisation and the delivery of person centred practice across Scotland.

She has over 30 years of experience in health system development, 16 of them within health and social care policy environment providing leadership and policy advice for the 64 Allied Health, Scientific and Technical professions at Scottish Government. She is the Founder of the International Chief Health Professions Officers (ICHPO) Group and a Technical Advisor at the World Health Organisation since 2007; and has contributed to both their Health Professions Network evolution and on-going Disability and Rehabilitation programme.
