Payment is required at the end of the registration process by Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard or Visa accepted). All fees are expressed in $NZ and include GST of 15%.

The Registration Fee Includes

  • Entrance to all conference sessions
  • Welcome Reception
  • Conference Dinner
  • Conference handbook or Mobile App (committee preference)
  • Conference Satchel
  • Lunches, tea and coffee break

The Registration Fee Does Not Include

  • The Day Registration Fee does not include the Welcome Reception or the Conference Dinner.  Tickets for these must be purchased separately.  Additional tickets for the Welcome Reception are $60 and are $98 for the conference dinner.

  • Cheque or Direct Credit (choose Invoice in the payment screen and an invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation email with the conference bank account details).

  • Full payment of registration fees must be made at the time of registering by credit or debit card.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to [email protected].  Cancellations received on or before 14th September 2018 will be charged an administration fee of $100.  No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 15 September 2018 (including “no shows” at the conference). Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.
